In the face of 99+ job resumes every day, how to quickly and effectively screen out the right resume? Here are four key points to help you screen your resume effectively:

1. Check your resume

Hard conditions: Based on the company's requirements for the position (gender, age, education, performance, relevant work experience, etc.), quickly determine which conditions are required, and quickly screen out resumes that do not meet them.

Career development stage: Based on the applicant's age and career development stage, assess whether it matches the company's hiring needs. For example, candidates between the ages of 26 and 35 can be given priority for positions seeking permanent talent.

Other conditions: If the applicant's treatment requirements are too high or the residential address is too far away, you can consider whether to further screen.

2. Review your resume

Job fit: Assess whether the job description in your resume matches the needs of the organization.

Work experience and professional depth: Pay attention to the relationship between the length of work time and the depth of professional skills, and focus on candidates who have deep professional skills in a short time.

Job-hopping frequency: Check the job stability of the applicant, frequent job-hopping may indicate that his work mentality is unstable.

Work time gaps: Pay attention to gaps in work time on your resume and understand the reasons behind them.

Job and Job content alignment: Ensure that the job applicants are applying for matches their past work.

Industry span: Assess whether the candidate has a clear career orientation, and avoid choosing a resume that is too broad and ambiguous.

3. Check your resume for authenticity

Matching degree between age and education: Verify resumes that do not match age and education to avoid educational fraud.

Internal consistency: Check for contradictions in your resume, such as consistent information about your job, job title, etc.

Moisture detection: Beware of exaggerated or vague descriptions in the resume, and pay attention to the rationality of the salary filled by the applicant and the actual salary.

4. Get insight into the candidate

Job positioning: If a candidate posts multiple different positions, it may indicate that the job positioning is not clear.

Career trajectory: Assess the candidate's career potential and ambition based on his/her work history and changes in the size of the company.

CV frequency: Sending out multiple resumes in a short period of time may indicate eagerness but carelessness; Reposting after a long time may indicate a strong interest in a particular job.

Verbal skills: Typos and logical coherence in a resume can reflect a candidate's level of care and clarity of thought.
